The Stages of the Tour
Day 1
The sensory journey into the deep roots of Puglia has finally begun, and welcoming you is Polignano a Mare!
Let's kick off the introductions! Let's get to know each other as together we get lost in the alleys of the old town, or as we chat while being caressed by the sea breeze coming off the cliff overlooking the sea. Here, every day, daredevils defy gravity with spectacular dives in a veritable natural theater of acrobatics.
The small squares teem with artisan stores and little places where you can enjoy delicious freshly caught fish. The colorful little houses overlooking the sea give off all the energy of this lively and charming ancient village.

Day 2
We enter a place considered among the most beautiful natural manifestations in Italy: the Caves of Castellana. Together we pass through halls and galleries of the most bizarre shapes, decorated with stalactites, stalagmites and other limestone formations that seem to have been sculpted by nature in a whirlwind of breathtaking colors! Each area hides surprises and wonders.
The excitement of this day continues with the arrival at Alberobello, the city of trulli, a UNESCO heritage site. A unique place in the world, where traditional Apulian architecture tells ancient and fascinating stories.

Day 3
At Alberobello discover an enchanted world through the beauty of these ancient stone buildings and the fantastic experience we will have inside a crusher, in search of local traditions related to the production of the 'extra virgin olive oil. Inebriate your taste buds with products of excellence, discovering the secrets of processing handed down through generations.
The bike is ready to get back on the road, you hear the rustle of tires crossing dirt roads. You look around: rolling hills, dry stone walls and trulli dot the countryside, creating an authentic and timeless landscape.
Pedaling slowly we reach Locorotondo, another charming village in the Itria Valley, famous for its circular shape and its white houses arranged in concentric centers. A place that looks like something out of a postcard, where time flows with the sweetness of Apulian tradition.

Day 4
The crisp air, the rising sun tinging the atmosphere pink, are our good morning. We are charged up for today's route through more hidden gems of the Itria Valley. Your guide will lead you on a relaxed ride so you can fully enjoy every sensation along the journey.
Take a deep breath and connect with the scent of the earth, the sea breeze and the silence that envelops you.
But first, a visit to Pomona Garden is a must if we want to embrace this land and its agricultural traditions. An important collection of ancient fruit varieties makes this magical place one of the most important collections of agricultural species biodiversity in Europe.
We arrive in Cisternino and then Ceglie Messapica pedaling along the famous Acquedotto Pugliese cycle route. In these villages you will find yourself immersed in an open-air museum among historic and noble palaces, numerous churches and cobbled streets.
The day ends as we arrive in Ostuni, the White City, which opens to our eyes in all its beauty.

Day 5
Apulia can leave a real nostalgia in the hearts of those who have to say goodbye. But we will do it the best way we know how: by pedaling to the last jaw-dropping destination.
Do you think it is still possible to surprise yourself? Here, through the last short bike ride, we arrive at a corner of paradise you won't be able to resist!
Let us introduce you to Torre Canne! The time has come for a dip in the renowned crystal-clear waters of this extraordinary location.
We bid each other farewell by sharing this last fun moment seasoned with saltiness. What a journey, friends!
